Our milestone projects includes;
- Medupi boilers and high pressure pipework maintenance during outages since June 2018.
- Lethabo Primary Air Heater Re-tubing for all six units (2020 - 2025).
- Matla Power Station Primary Air Heater Re-tubing on Units 1 (2018) & 5 (2020)

Boilers & High Pressure PipeworkWe are ISO3834-2 certified and our team have extensive knowledge, skills and experience on boiler pressure parts and high pressure pipework maintenance, refurbishment & repairs. We have welding procedures for all common materials and exotic materials utilised in new power plants i.e. X20, P91, VM12, X10, TP347 etc.
We have thus far successfully executed the following outages on boiler pressure parts, boiler & trubine valves and hp piping at Medupi Power Station; - U6 I.R (Aug 18 - Nov 18) - U5 BTS (Jan 19 - Mar 19) - U6 B.T.S (Feb 20 - Apr 20) - U4 G.I (Jul 20 - Oct 20) |
Non-Pressure PartsWe have successfully executed ret-tubing of three primary air pre-heater units, two at Matla and one at Lethabo power stations. We have five more units to go at Lethabo.
